Some information about CD-ROM formats and extensions.

Note: The total size of all directory information (including extensions) for a singler ISO 9660 file must be less than 255 bytes. This is one practical limit to using multiple extensions on a single disc. The Apple extensions store additional information in a separate file (which has the same name except with an equal sign prepended). This file seems to cause problems on UNIX systems; it's best to stick with a separate Mac HFS volume.
