The above applet is originally the HighlightTitle Applet
from www.demicron.se.
However, the applet now has a few extra parameters and features:

The Border parameter allows you to turn the border on and off

The BorderColor parameter sets the color of the border

The URL parameter allows you to set a URL to jump to
when the user clicks the applet (try it)

If you omit the standard font parameter,
    the applet uses Helvetica

Thanks to the folks at Demicron for letting us borrow their applet.
They have many interesting applets that you can find
on their home page.
