TS-522 Removed deprecated (very old) APIs.

I also cleaned out the "private" include files, and moved a few
APIs over to ts/ts.h and the rest into ts/experimental.h. We can
later promote things over from experimental.h to ts.h.

Finally, for completeness, I added
