Apache Commons - OGNL

For long-experienced Java developers, OGNL doesn't need any introduction, it is a beautiful piece of software who's served the community for a long time!

Anyway, original maintainers didn't have more time to dedicate on the project maintenance, and Apache Struts guys needed it updated in order to improve Struts releases... So it was natural join the efforts and brings the old OGNL to Commons!

After few months of Incubation, we quickly graduated the component to Commons but not made an official release yet.
