For a number of reasons, current flood documentation is written using DocBook. My development enviroment is as follows:
Most of the stuff is a flat text. I'm not an expert on DocBook, so probably a lot of text schould be enclosed in different tags. Aditionally, I'm not native english speaker so expect a lot of language-type bugs. Right now there are two resources available: tarball with source XML and formated XHTML (for on-line viewing).
