NekoConv is a tool for converting files from one character encoding to another. NekoConv comes with a command line tool, a graphical frontend, and an Ant task so that it can be used to automate file conversions within an Ant build script.

This version has the following limitations:

• Note that the number of conversions possible is limited by which character decoders/encoders are available with your JVM. Refer to the Available Conversions documentation for a default list of converters.
