Apache JAMES Test Build

This is a TEST BUILD for Apache JAMES. Such test builds are sporadically generated when an Apache JAMES Committer feels that recent changes warrant posting a build for testing. These unreleased builds may have undocumented features, known defects, and any number of other issues. See the Apache JAMES mailing lists if you have any questions.
